To get the most out of Kamchatka, it’s best to experience it in different ways. You can head out into the ocean by boat, hike up to a volcano crater, or go rafting down a mountain river. This itinerary is ideal for travelers who enjoy combining not only iconic sights but also a variety of outdoor adventures in a single journey.
On this journey, you will not only see Kamchatka’s famous volcanoes but also climb to their summits and look into their craters. What else is Kamchatka known for? Of course — its bears and fish. You’ll go rafting down a river, where you can try your hand at fishing and will very likely spot brown bears in their natural habitat.
The hikes will be easy and light. You’ll spend a few nights camping in tents and staying in simple cabins at a mountain base camp.
Climb to the summits of the Gorely and Avachinsky volcanoes and look into their craters
Hike up mount Camel and walk among the steaming fumaroles of the Mutnovsky volcano
During a boat trip across Avacha Bay, see the famous rocks known as the Three Brothers

For an additional cost, take a helicopter tour to the Valley of Geysers or Kuril Lake
